Xtime Mobile is a productivity app developed by Xtime for Android devices. This app is designed to help dealership staff manage customer interactions and work progress. It includes four main features: Customer Messaging, DealerChat, Mobile Inspect, and Push Notifications.
The Customer Messaging feature allows dealership staff to respond quickly to customer inquiries, streamlining interactions and improving customer satisfaction. The DealerChat feature facilitates communications with internal employees, expediting work in progress. The Mobile Inspect feature enables technicians to complete multipoint inspections from anywhere. Users can take photos, videos, and audio clips of inspected vehicles and attach them to recommended services. Vehicle history is available for each and every vehicle inspection. Finally, users will receive push notifications on their mobile devices when Xtime alerts are triggered for events such as new customer messages or new RO assignments.
